Yuriy Kamelchuk

Yuriy Kamelchuk is a Ukrainian MP, representing the Sluha Narodu faction in the Verkhovna Rada. He is a member of the Committee on Energy, Housing and Utilities Services. Yuriy is a Chairman of the Interfactional MPs Group “Three Seas Initiative – Ukraine”, established in January 2024. He also serves in the Permanent Delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), working in the Committee on Equality and Non-Discrimination, the Sub-Committee on the Rights of Minorities, and the Sub-Committee on the Western Balkans. Within international domain, Mr. Kamelchuk is co-chair of inter-parliamentary groups with Qatar, Singapore, and Belgium, and being also a member of groups with Poland, Slovakia, U.K., the U.S., and Israel.
He graduated from the Journalism Faculty of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and earned an MA in Public Management and Administration from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 2021. Yuriy has completed training in business and public management in Singapore, Israel, Sweden, Poland, and Spain. He currently conducts academic research at the Faculty of International Relations at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
