Graduate of Karkow Polytechnic University(1989), stockbroker (1994), graduated from postgraduate studies with specialization in Investment Banking London Guildhall University (1997), postgraduate studies in Management University of Warsaw (2002), postgraduate studies in Company Management on the EU market SGH (2005), postgraduate studies in Risk Management Vistula University (2014).

Ireneusz Łazor worked in the Capital Investment Department of PKO BP Bank, was Director of the Listing Department of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (1995-2000) and President of the Commodity Exchange Clearing House (2008- 2012) and President of the Polish Power Exchange (2012-2016). Creator and manager of the London LNG Trading Desk for PGNiG S.A. (2017-2024). From 2024 Expert of the Ignacy Lukasiewicz Institute for Energy Policy .
