The THREE SEAS ONE OPPORTUNITY conference is organized by "The Opportunity" Institute for Foreign Affairs and the "Układ Sił" monthly magazine.

Due to the wide range of topics covered and their geographical scope, research centers from Poland and other countries of the Three Seas Initiative have been invited to participate.
